Schöneberg is buzzing. Not just in May, not only in 2018. This West Berlin neighbourhood has always been home to musical legends: Marlene Dietrich and the Comedian Harmonists, the raunchy Kit-Kat-Club which made it up to Broadway with its songs, Hildegard Knef and David Bowie. The architects Baumschlager and Eberle with their moving facades that appear to follow the pulse of the city seem to be the perfect match for this vibrant neighbourhood.
The area around Potsdamer Straße is becoming increasingly chic and trendy. Fashion labels, art galleries and designer stores, surrounded by exquisite restaurants and bars.

After the restructuring of Gleisdreieck in 2009 the neighbourhood has developed into a hotspot for leisure, culture and recreation. It's no surprise that the number of potential buyers for a condominium in Schöneberg is rising constantly.
